Five pillars of Islam

There are five basic beliefs in Islam or the five pillars of Islam. These are the foundation of a person's faith in Islam.

The Five Pillars of Islam are:

1. Shahada/ شهادة 

2. Salah/ صلاة 

3. Zakat/زكاة

4. Sawm/ صوم

5. Hajj/ حجج
